All about Gabriella

Our sweet Gabriella is now 2 1/2, and I realize that I should do posts about her more than every 6 months because she is changing and growing up so fast! Gabriella is very sweet, a little shy, and also has a mind of her own. She is bossy (in her own language) and definitely going through the terrible 2's (and the roller coaster of emotions that a 2 year old goes through). She loves playing with her cousins and her friends. She isn't much of a talker....well in English anyways :) She has her own language but will soon be starting speech therapy to help her string words together so I am sure we will be hearing (and finally understanding) a lot from her! She is a creature of habit and loves routine (my kind of girl!). And she brings so much joy and laughter to our little family. Here are some other random things about our girl right now.

She could drink milk ALL day long if I let her. She calls it "no no" because 90% of the time she asks, my answer is no (or else she wouldn't eat or drink anything else all day long).
Her love language is definitely physical touch. She loves to be held, cuddled, or have her back rubbed. She will often take my hand and put it on her back/foot/head so that I will rub it.
She loves to wear dresses now and insists on wearing them to bed. She also now has an opinion and wants to pick out her clothes.
She is now in gymnastics and really likes it. Although it is very obvious that she has my coordination, but she is getting the hang of it and her coordination is already improving.
She loves fruit and vegetables. Those are what most of her food intake consists of. Some of her favorites: watermelon, canteloupe, any berries, apples (pronounced apoo), peas, and corn.
She HATES the bath...like screams the entire time.
She has been a daddy's girl but is turning into a mommy's girl.
She loves to run errands and be out and about.
She is obsessed with MOD Pizza. She insists on going in whenever we see it.
She loves to be outside, loves to dig in the dirt/wood chips, and loves the park.
