Oreo Truffles

I love truffles and these are my very favorite! I love anything OREO. Oreo Truffles are one of my favorite things to make around the holidays because they are easy, can be prepared ahead of time and frozen, and they are always a big hit!

Ingredients:
1 Package of Oreos
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 tsp Vanilla
16 oz Almond Bark (or White Chocolate Chips)

Directions:
Crush oreos. Using a mixer, mix together crushed oreos, cream cheese, and vanilla.  Put mixture in the freezer or refrigerator to chill (it makes it easier to roll into balls). When mixture is chilled to your desire, roll into 1" balls and place on a cookie sheet. Put them back into the freezer to harden so that they are easier to dip. Melt almond bark and dip cake balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. I like to throw the truffles back into the freezer so they can harden quicker.

**Melt part of the almond bark or white chocolate at a time so it doesn't harden before you are done dipping all the cake balls.

This makes about two dozen truffles

As you can see, my dipping skills need some work :) so if you have any suggestions to help with that PLEASE let me know!!!

Enjoy :)

    1. Oh yes! Give them a try!! Last year I made these a few weeks before Christmas (to use on Christmas) and ended up having to remake them just a few days before Christmas because we ate them all 😳😜
