Friday Favorites {8.23.19}

Happy Friday, friends! Where did this week go?! School started yesterday, and we are slowly getting back into a routine! Today, I am off on a little adventure with my kids. Friday will be the only weekday that Gabriella doesn't have school and since this is her last year before she heads to Kindergarten, I want to be intentional about spending our Fridays together going on a little adventure or doing something fun at home. That being said...if you have any ideas send them my way!

 Today, I am linking up with Erika, Narci, and Andrea to share my favorites.

It was back to school yesterday for Gabriella! She is back in the 4/5 class at school and excited for a new year. Having a routine (especially new routines) are my favorite and I am looking forward to a new normal around here.

Madden's favorite is his sister and anything she is doing he wants to do so as soon as I was done taking her picture he grabbed the sign and said "my turn mom!"

One of my favorite friends is launching her own bath and body products business on Monday! Check her website out HERE. I've already had the chance to use some of her products and we just love them. I know a certain 5 year old who is obsessed with the bath bombs (especially the ones with toys inside!).

Also, she will be giving back a portion of her proceeds to a charity.  Here is a little more about what she will be offering!

Who loves the loaves of bread you get at Cheesecake Factory?! This bread is a favorite of mine!... Well did you know that Costco sells the brown loaf??!!!!! It's an actual loaf of bread (not the mini one you get at Cheesecake Factory) and it comes in a package of 2 for around or under $5!

Traveling and exploring new places with this guy is my favorite and last weekend we visited NYC for the first time! I blogged about our 48 hours in NYC HERE

We are hoping to do something like this at least once a year and are always looking for new places to explore so what are some of your favorite places or cities?!

My favorite little guy had his first haircut at an actual salon (Manny has always done it at home). He wasn't to sure about it at first but I guess he found it pretty relaxing because he fell asleep a few minutes into his haircut and slept all the way through it!

That is it for this Friday! Have a great weekend!! Thanks for reading :)

  1. Happy Friday! I'm looking forward to a new normal around here, too. Your kids are so adorable! Especially you son asleep for his haircut. That is the cutest thing, ever. NYC is always a great place to visit. Glad you had a good time! Sierra Beautifully Candid

  2. We love that brown bread; we even tried making some just like it at home. When my boys were little we used to have fun field trip Fridays and I lived for them.
